If you are still able to recite the information after the third time, you can be assured that the information is now stored in your brain’s long-term memory.

5. go back over these same steps again and again. If you are unsuccessful at recalling all the information given to you after the few minute break, go back and repeat step one. Keep repeating each step until you can completely and accurately remember every single piece of information given to you.
